My journey began in the kitchen — as a cook, then rising through the ranks to manage luxury venues: cruise ships, country clubs, and high-end hospitality spaces. In those roles, I learned the art of structure, the power of teamwork, and the importance of listening deeply — to guests, to staff, to systems.
